Renewal of Lease on 41 Alfred Street South, Milsons Point

Council is giving public notice of its intention to renew a lease over community land in accordance with Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993.

Council proposes to renew a lease to Indara Infrastructure Pty Ltd over part of Lot 1 DP 873687 at 41 Alfred Street South, Milsons Point.

The lease is for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a communications facility.

The proposed lease term is five years.
