IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 47A OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993
North Sydney Council is seeking community feedback on a proposal to renew the lease to Indara Infrastructure Pty Ltd over part of community land at 41 Alfred Street South, Milsons Point.
In accordance with Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993, Council is publicly exhibiting its intention to grant a lease over part of Lot 1 in DP 873687.
The proposed lease is for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a communications facility.
Community members are invited to review and provide feedback during the exhibition period.
Council proposes to renew a lease with the following details:
