The plan includes sections 7.11 and 7.12 contributions.
Section 7.11: These contributions are monetary or in-kind contributions based on the relationship between a proposed development and the infrastructure demand generated from an increase in resident and/or worker population.
Section 7.12: These are levies applied as a fixed percentage of the proposed development cost.
