Land Swap Between Neutral Bay Club & North Sydney Council

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO RENEW LEASE RELATING TO TWO PARCELS OF LAND OWNED RESPECTIVELY BY NORTH SYDNEY COUNCIL AND THE NEUTRAL BAY CLUB.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 47A OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993

North Sydney Council is publicly exhibiting a proposal relating to two adjoining parcels of land owned respectively by North Sydney Council and the Neutral Bay Club at Ilbery Park, Neutral Bay.

The proposal involves the renewal of lease agreements between the parties and a land swap involving small portions of land along the shared boundary between Ilbery Park and the Neutral Bay Club.

The proposed arrangement would see:

  • A portion of land owned by the Neutral Bay Club leased to North Sydney Council.
  • A portion of land owned by North Sydney Council leased to the Neutral Bay Club.
  • Both leases proposed for a term of five (5) years.

Community members are invited to review and provide feedback on the proposal before any determination is made.
