NOTICE OF INTENTION TO RENEW THE LEASE AND LICENCE OVER PART LOT 2 IN DP 1168334- COMMUNITYLAND

IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 47A OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993

North Sydney Council is inviting community feedback on a proposal to renew the lease and licence agreement for the premises occupied by Cameragal Montessori School at Forsyth Park, Neutral Bay.

In accordance with Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993, Council is publicly exhibiting its intention to renew the lease and licence over the site to Cameragal Montessori School.

The proposed leases and licences will enable the continued operation of these established early childhood education services.

Council will consider community feedback received during the exhibition period before determining whether to proceed with the proposed lease and licence renewal.

About the proposal

Council proposes to grant a new lease and licence agreement to Cameragal Montessori School for the continued operation of a kindergarten and preschool at Forsyth Park.
