NOTICE OF INTENTION TO RENEW THE LEASE AND LICENCE OVER PART LOT 7138 in DP 93723 - CROWN LAND

IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 47A OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993

North Sydney Council is seeking community feedback on a proposal to renew leases and licences for two children's services operating on Crown Land in Cremorne.

In accordance with Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993, Council is publicly exhibiting its intention to grant new leases and licences to:

  • Cammeray Children's Centre Incorporated
  • KU Children's Services

The proposed leases and licences will enable the continued operation of these established early childhood education services.

Community members are invited to review and provide feedback during the exhibition period.

About the proposal

Council proposes to grant a new leases and licences over Crown Land at Cremorne to support the ongoing operation of children's services that provide early childhood education and care within the North Sydney community. Both proposals relate to Crown Land identified as part Lot 7138 in DP 93723, Cremorne.
